At Elevated Dispensary, we are committed to quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth resolution.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or to apply a restocking fee.

1.2 Return Process

  • Contact [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 8-12 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2.2 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size, color, or style are subject to availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be issued, and you will be notified when it becomes available again.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund as needed.

4.2 Evidence Requirement

  • In some cases, photographic evidence may be required before approving a return or refund.

5. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened, used, altered, or customer-damaged products.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized retailers or resellers.
